Hello, I'm Mark Baxter, and I've been helping people like you get control of their health care through pain management and maintaining health! More importantly, I'll teach you techniques to improve your spinal flexibility, and ways to manage your lifestyle both at work and when at play.
By learning and practicing proper spinal mechanics, you may improve the function of your joints (and hopefully say goodbye to those sharp twinges) and reduce the tension in your muscles. I look forward to meeting and assisting you on your journey toward a life free from pain and one full of... well... LIFE!
'The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his or her patients in the care of the human body, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease...'
- Thomas Edison
